To give permission to the Friends of Onchan
Park to hold a Halloween event on Onchan Park on 28th October
between 4:30pm and 7pm.
That the Friends of Onchan Park be given
permission to go ahead with their Halloween event at Onchan Park,
Carlton as outlined on the above dates. Attendance, est. 200
people.
This decision is dependent on completion of a lease indemnifying
Gedling Borough Council in the event of accident for any activities
held on the recreation ground and to ensure the land is reinstated
should any damage occur whilst accessing and exiting the
site.
