Youth Service to hold a Youth event at Jackie Bells Park,
Netherfield, Nottingham on 23rd July between 1pm and 21:00pm (inc
setting up and taking down)
That the Youth Service be given permission to
go ahead with their Youth event at Jackie Bells Park, as outlined
on the above date. Attendance, est. 100-200 people.
This decision is dependent on completion of a lease indemnifying
Gedling Borough Council in the event of accident for any activities
held on the recreation ground and the organisers having in place
the appropriate public liability Insurance
To encourage use of the Council Parks and Open
Spaces
Not to hold the event
