To give permission for Limarra Speed to hold
her 7year old daughter’s birthday party on Muirfield Rec on
23rd June 2018 between 12:30 and 4pm.
That Limarra Speed be given permission to use
Muirfield Recreation ground for her daughter’s 7th birthday
celebrations as outlined on the above date and time. Attendance,
est. 16 people.
This decision is dependent on completion of a lease indemnifying
Gedling Borough Council in the event of accident for any activities
held on the recreation ground and to ensure the land is reinstated
should any damage occur whilst accessing and exiting the
site.
