To give permission to Hyson Green Youth Club
to hold a games event at Nottingham Road Recreation Ground on
Friday 1st June between 12pm and 2pm.
That the Hyson Green Youth Club be given
permission to go ahead with their Summer Games event at Nottingham
Road Recreation Ground as outlined on the above dates. Attendance,
est. 150 people.
This decision is dependent on completion of a lease indemnifying
Gedling Borough Council in the event of accident for any activities
held on the recreation ground and to ensure the land is reinstated
should any damage occur whilst accessing and exiting the
site.
To encourage use of the Council Parks and Open
Spaces
