To give permission for Dawn Adam to allow
approved contractors to erect an Inflatable/Bouncy Castle on land
at Newstead Recreation Ground (adjacent to the Micro pub) on 19th
May 2018 between 7pm and 10pm.
That Dawn Adams be given permission to go
ahead with the provision of an inflatable/Bouncy Castle activity at
Newstead Recreation Ground as outlined on the above date and time.
Attendance, est. 60 people.
This decision is dependent on completion of a lease indemnifying
Gedling Borough Council in the event of accident for any activities
held on the recreation ground and to ensure the land is reinstated
should any damage occur whilst accessing and exiting the
site.
