use part Tilford Road Rec Ground as part of the pub’s 1st
anniversary celebration weekend in March 2018
That Lorraine Horrocks be allowed to use
Tilford Road Rec Ground on the following dates and times:
Thursday 22nd March, from 12 Noon – 22:30hrs
Friday 23rd March, from 12 Noon - 22:30hrs
Saturday 24th March, from 12 Noon – 22:30hrs
Sunday 25th March, from 12 Noon – 20:00hrs
This decision is dependent on correct insurance and the issue of a
user licence agreement indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the
event of accident for any activities held on the park.
To encourage use of the Council’s Parks
and Open Spaces for community cohesion
Not to hold the event
