To give permission for the Friends of Onchan
Park to hold a community Halloween event at Onchan Park on Sunday
29th October between 5pm and 7pm.
That the Friends of Onchan Park be given
permission to go ahead with their community event at Onchan Park,
Carlton as outlined on the above dates. Attendance, est. 100+
people.
This decision is dependent on completion of a lease indemnifying
Gedling Borough Council in the event of accident for any activities
held on the recreation ground and to ensure the land is reinstated
should any damage occur whilst accessing and exiting the
site.
To encourage use of the Council Parks and Open
Spaces
