To give permission for Prickly Projects to
hold an awareness event in the grounds of Woodthorpe Library on
26th November between 4pm and 6pm
That Prickly Projects be given permission to
go ahead with their Wildlife Awareness and Christmas Event at
Woodthorpe Library grounds on 26th November as outlined above on
the above date. Attendance, est. 30-70 people.
This decision is dependent on completion of a lease indemnifying
Gedling Borough Council in the event of accident/claims or losses
for any activities held on the ground and to ensure the land is
reinstated should any damage occur whilst accessing and exiting the
site.

Spaces
