That Lorraine Horrocks be allowed to run the
music session at Tilford Road Rec Ground 27 th August between 3pm
and 11pm, estimated attendance 60-100.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance and the issue of a
user licence agreement indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the
event of accident for any activities held on the park.
To encourage use of the Council’s Parks
and Open Spaces for community cohesion
