To give permission for Eagles Nest Church to
hold an outdoor Church Service at Arnot Hill Park on 20th August
from 10:30am until 12:00 midday
That Eagles Nest Church (Arnold) be allowed to
go ahead with their church service event as outlined on the above
date. Attendance, est. 75
This decision is dependent on correct insurance and event risk
assessment and will require the issue of a lease indemnifying
Gedling Borough Council in the event of accident for any activities
held on the recreation ground and provide evidence of public
liability insurance.
To encourage use of the Council’s Parks
and Open Spaces
To facilitate and encourage community cohesion.
