To give permission for Arnbrook
Children’s Centre to run a Forest School activity at Arnot
Hill Park, to include use of the Bowls Pavilion on 27th July
between 13:30pm and 3:00pm.
That Arnbrook Children’s Centre be
allowed to carry out their Forest School session at Arnot Hill Park
on 27th July between 13:30 and 15:00pm, to include use of the bowls
pavilion from 10:00am, estimated attendance 50.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance and the issue of a
user licence agreement indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the
event of accident for any activities held on the park.
To encourage community group’s use of
the Council’s Parks and Open Spaces for environmental
education
