2017 between 10am and 3pm.
That Haywood Road Community Association be
given permission to go ahead with their Porchester Festival event
at Haywood Road Bowling Green as outlined on the above dates.
Attendance, est. 150 people.
This decision is dependent on completion of a lease indemnifying
Gedling Borough Council in the event of accident for any activities
held on the recreation ground and to ensure the land is reinstated
should any damage occur whilst accessing and exiting the
site.
To encourage use of the Council Parks and Open
Spaces
