To give permission for Mobile Ministry New
Testament Church of God to hold Family Fun Days at Killisick
Recreation Ground, Coppice Road, Arnold Saturday 5th August and
Sunday 6th August between 11am until 8:00pm (setting up from 10am
Friday 4th August)
That Mobile Ministry be allowed to go ahead
with their Family Fun Days at Killisick Recreation Ground as
outlined on the above dates, estimated attendance, 75-100 people
per day.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance and event risk
assessment and will require the issue of a lease indemnifying
Gedling Borough Council in the event of accident for any activities
held on the recreation ground and to ensure the land is reinstated
should any damage occur whilst accessing and exiting the
site.

Spaces
