To give permission for Prickly Projects to
hold an awareness event at Woodthorpe Library and grounds on 30th
April between 12pm and 4pm.
That Prickly Projects be given permission to
go ahead with their Hedgehog Awareness event at Woodthorpe Library
and grounds on 30th April as outlined above on the above date.
Attendance, est. 30-70 people.
This decision is dependent on completion of a lease indemnifying
Gedling Borough Council in the event of accident/claims or losses
for any activities held on the ground and to ensure the land is
reinstated should any damage occur whilst accessing and exiting the
site.

Spaces
