in Gedling Country Park on Wednesday 31st May 2017 between 12.30pm
and 3pm
That Nottingham East Methodist Circuit &
Gedling Deanery (Diocese of Southwell & Nottingham, Church Of
England) be allowed to carry out their Prayer and Picnic activities
on the parks on the above dates and times. Estimated attendance,
50-100.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance and the issue of a
user licence agreement indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the
event of accident for any activities held on the park.
