To give permission for Age UK Notts to run
their 75th Anniversary Charity Picnic in the Park in Arnot Hill
Park on Saturday 15th July between 11am and 5pm.
That Age UK Notts be allowed to carry out
their Charity Picnic in the Park event at Arnot Hill Park on the
above dates and times. Estimated attendance, 100-150.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance and the issue of a
user licence agreement indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the
event of accident for any activities held on the park.
To encourage use of the Council’s Parks
and Open Spaces.
