To give permission for Inspire Libraries to
run a Forest School in Arnot Hill Park, to include use of the Bowls
Pavilion on 20th April, 27th April, 4th May, 11th May, 18th May and
25th May between 10am and 12pm.
That Inspire Culture Learning Libraries be
allowed to carry out their Forest School activities at Arnot Hill
Park on the above dates and times. Estimated attendance, 8-10
parents with their young children.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance and the issue of a
user licence agreement indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the
event of accident for any activities held on the park.
To encourage community group’s use of
the Council’s Parks and Open Spaces for environmental
education
