To give permission for Arnbrook
Children’s Centre to run a Winter wonderland event at Arnot
Hill Park, to include use of the Bowls Pavilion on 20th December
for an all-day event.
That Arnbrook Children’s Centre be
allowed to carry out their all day Winter Wonderland event at Arnot
Hill Park on 20th December, estimated attendance 50.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance and the issue of a
user licence agreement indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the
event of accident for any activities held on the park.
To encourage community group’s use of
the Council’s Parks and Open Spaces for environmental
education
