To give permission for an orienteering event
to be held on Sunday 3rd July 2016, from 10:30am until 14:00pm at
Burnstump Country Park.
That the Orienteering event be allowed to go
ahead at Burnstump Country Park on Sunday 3rd July 2016 between
10:30an and 14:00pm. (Attendance, est. 50-70).
This decision is dependent on correct insurance and the issue of a
user licence agreement indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the
event of accident for any activities held on the recreation
ground.
