To give permission for Eagles Nest Church to
hold a Family Fun Day on Sunday 3rd July (or Sunday 24th July
should the 3rd be cancelled due to poor weather) from 2pm until
4pm.
That Eagles Nest Church (Arnold) be allowed to
go ahead with their annual family fun event as outlined on the
above date. Attendance, est. 250.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance and event risk
assessment and will require the issue of a lease indemnifying
Gedling Borough Council in the event of accident for any activities
held on the recreation ground and to ensure the land is reinstated
should any damage occur whilst accessing and exiting the
site.
To encourage use of the Council’s Parks
and Open Spaces
To facilitate and encourage community cohesion.
