To give permission for Notts and Yorks Boxer
Rescue to hold a Family Fun Day at Thackerays Recreation Ground,
Woodthorpe on Sunday 10th July 2016 from 11:30am until 5pm. Setting
up from 7:00am and leave site by 19:00pm.
That Notts and Yorks Boxer Rescue be allowed
to go ahead with their Family Fun Day and Dog Show at Thackerays
Recreation Ground site, Thackerays Lane, Woodthorpe, as outlined on
the above dates. Attendance, est. 2500 people per day.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance and event risk
assessment and will require the issue of a lease indemnifying
Gedling Borough Council in the event of accident for any activities
held on the recreation ground and to ensure the land is reinstated
should any damage occur whilst accessing and exiting the
site.

Spaces
