To give permission for a orienteering event to
be held on 14th February 2016 at Bestwood Country Park. The
competitor’s start times are from 10:30-11:30 with all
courses closing at 14:30. All competitors will leave site by
5pm.
That the Orienteering event be allowed to go
ahead at Bestwood Country Park on 14th February between 10:30am and
2:30pm. (Attendance, est. 100).
This decision is dependent on correct insurance and the issue of a
user licence agreement indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the
event of accident for any activities held on the recreation
ground.
