Six Food Hygiene Improvement Notices was
served on the FBO of a buisness on Front Street. The FBO was given
a '0' food hygiene rating at the time of the inspection .
There was no food hygiene management system
onsite , which has happened previously. There were issues with
cross contamination , poor temperature control of food stuffs,
cleaniliness, management of waste and general poor food hygeine
practices and matters of disrepair.
