Decision:

A suspended prohibition order was served on the owner of a house situated off Spring Lane in relation to prohibiting the use of a room that was too small to be considered as a bedroom for the space standards under Housing Act 1985. This lack of sleeping accommodation caused the property to be overcrowded. The prohibition order was suspended until the tenant and the children had left the property.
