To give permission for the Friends of Jubilee
Park to hold a Summer Picnic in the park community event on Burton
Road Jubilee Park on Tuesday 18th August 2015 from 10:00am until
4pm. Activities to include Bouncy Castles, Pony Rides, live
entertainment, children’s games, BBQ and Cricket
demo.
That the Friends of Burton Road Jubilee Park
be allowed to go ahead with their Picnic in the park event at
Burton Road Jubilee Park, Burton Road, Carlton as outlined on the
above date. Attendance, est. 1000 people.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance and event risk
assessment and will require the issue of a lease indemnifying
Gedling Borough Council in the event of accident for any activities
held on the recreation ground and to ensure the land is reinstated
should any damage occur whilst accessing and exiting the
site.
