Colwick Rectory Recreation Ground to hold their team
event.
That the events be allowed to go ahead on 31st
May between 11 am and 7 pm, activities to include Sack Race,
Rounders, Tug of War. Estimated attendance 30 people.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance and the issue of a
user licence agreement indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the
event of accident for any activities held on the recreation
ground.
