To give permission for Redhill Roadrunners to
use Gedling Country Park to run a 10k running race and a 2k
children’s fun run to take place on Sunday 29th March. The
competitor’s start times are from 9:30 until
11:30am.
That the race and the fun run events be
allowed to go ahead at Gedling Country Park on 29th March between
9:30am and 11:30am. (Attendance, est. 150-250.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance and the issue of a
user licence agreement indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the
event of accident for any activities held on the recreation
ground.
