Decision:

To approve the local licensing conditions for Home Boarding of dogs, to enable licences to be issued for this activity under the Animal Boarding Establishments Act 1963.

Reasons for the decision:

To bring Gedling Borough Council Animal Boarding Establishments for Home Boarding of Dogs in line with other Nottinghamshire and nationwide Local Authorities.

Alternative options considered:

The Corporate Director could decide that the Council issues a licence without any licence conditions attached.
