To give permission for an orienteering event
to be held on Sunday 12 October 2014 on the triangular piece of
land to the south of Hazleford Way and east of Hucknall Road,
Newstead, Notts.
That the Orienteering event be allowed to go
ahead on the land described above on Sunday 12th October
(Attendance, est. 20).
This decision is dependent on correct insurance and the issue of a
user licence agreement indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the
event of accident for any activities held on the recreation
ground.
To encourage use of the Council’s Parks
and Open Spaces for Orienteering activities
