Purpose:

To serve a Food Hygiene Improvement notice

Decision:

A Food Hygiene Improvement Notice (HIN) was served on the FBO of a food business on Front Street in Arnold . The FBO was given a food hygeine rating at the time of the inspection of 1.

Reasons for the decision:

There was no food safety management system in place and being used to control the food risks generated, within the business . The FBO had been told on many occasions, about having a Safer Food Better Business (SFBB) available and and being used by staff in the business , but again to no avail. Hence why I served the HIN notice under the Food Safety and Hygiene ( England) Regulations 2013
