A Food Hygiene Improvement Notice (HIN) was
served on the FBO of a food business on Front Street in Arnold .
The FBO was given a food hygeine rating at the time of the
inspection of 1.
There was no food safety management system in
place and being used to control the food risks generated, within
the business . The FBO had been told on many occasions, about
having a Safer Food Better Business (SFBB) available and and being
used by staff in the business , but again to no avail. Hence why I
served the HIN notice under the Food Safety and Hygiene ( England)
