Purpose:

To give permission for the Friends of King George V Standhill to hold their community Easter Trail event at King George V Standhill Park on 4th April between 10:00am to 12:00 midday. Set up an hour before the event and take down an hour after event.

Decision:

That the Friends of King George V Standhill park be permitted to go ahead with their community Easter Trail event as outlined on the above date and time. Estimated attendance 100.
This decision is dependent on the organiser’s providing to the Council:
• A copy of their Public Liability Insurance
• A risk assessment for the activity (if requested)
• The organiser’s signing a licence agreement indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the event of accident for any activities held on the recreation ground.

Reasons for the decision:

To encourage use of the Council’s Parks and Open Spaces
