To give approval for Newstead Community Events
to hold their Books and Bushcraft community event at Newstead
Recreation Ground on 24th January 2026 between 10am and
3pm.
That Newstead Community Events be permitted to
go ahead with their community event as outlined on the above date
and time. Estimated attendance 100 over the course of the
day.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance and the issue of a
lease indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the event of accident
for any activities held on the recreation ground and to ensure the
land is reinstated should any damage occur whilst accessing and
exiting the site.
