WHP Telecoms Ltd access to carry out a Multi-skilled Visit (MSV) at
Frederick Avenue Car Park, Carlton, NG4 1HP.
To allow GBC to enter into the agreement that
would allow access and works on the land in order to carry out a
telecoms MSV.
An alternative would be to not allow the
agreement. However, Notice has been served on GBC so failure to
reach an agreement amicably would see a challenge made against the
Council at the First Tier Tribunal.
