To allow the BT Openreach to carry out the
works to supply Sherwood Lodge Police Station, Arnold, Nottingham,
NG5 8PP. Nottinghamshire Police are a tenant of GBC for land within
the vicinity.
Decision:
To approve the wayleave for installation of
new ducting for the installation of fibre optic cabling on land
forming part of Burntstump Country Park
Reasons for the decision:
To allow the Police to benefit from new fibre
optic cabling.
Alternative options considered:
An alternative would be to not allow the
installation however this would negatively impact on the benefits
that fibre optic cabling could bring to our tenants and
partners.
