Purpose:
To give permission for the Scouts Association
to hold a Spring Fayre at Thackerays Recreation Ground on 11th May
2025 between 9:30am until 5pm. Set up from 8:30am and take down by
6pm
Decision:
That the Scout Group be allowed to hold their
Spring Fayre at Thackerays Recreation Ground on the above date and
time. Estimated attendance: 1000 throughout the day.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance and the issuing of
a user licence agreement indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in
the event of accident or damages for any activities held on the
land.
Reasons for the decision:
To encourage use of the Council’s Parks
and Open Spaces.
