The purpose of this decision is to provide an
incentive for existing swim lesson members to receive rewards for
bringing in new customers
It has been agreed to run a swim lesson
referral promotion at set times across the year, These promotions
will provide a one-off £5 reduction to a customers direct
debit swim lesson payment if they refer a new customer onto the
scheme. That new customer will also receive a £5 reduction in
their membership for one month
To provide a new marketing route to attract
new swim lesson customers
The leisure centres already offer a free swim
lesson assessment to prospective new customers but providing a
one-off small discount to the customers direct debit may encourage
more to convert to a full swim lesson memebrship
