To give permission for Street Vibe Events to hold Funfair event at Burton Road Jubilee Park from 23rd August until 26th August. Events to run on each from 12:00 midday until 20:00pm.
Set up on site from 9am 21st August and clear site by 18:00pm on 27th August.

That Street Vibe Events be allowed to go ahead with their Funfair on the dates and times mentioned above. Attendance, est. 6000 over the operating period.
This decision is dependent on the payment of the licence fee of £3800 one week prior to the event, compliance with Health and Safety Regulations, to provide to the Council a Notts Safety Advisory Group approved event management plan, satisfactory food hygiene rated food vendors, appropriate public liability insurance, safety certificate for the inflatables and the issue of a user licence agreement indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the event of accident for any activities held on the recreation ground and to ensure the land is reinstated should any damage occur whilst accessing and exiting the site.
In addition to the above, the organiser must not set out or erect any structure on the two Cricket Squares, only pedestrian traffic is allowed in these areas.

To encourage use of the Council Parks and Open Spaces
To facilitate the provision of amusement rides for the residents living near to the parks and so encourage social cohesion.
