To give permission for Positively Empowering
Kids CIC to hold their Community Fun Day at Killisick Recreation
Ground on 30th September from 11:00am until 3pm.
That Positively Empowering Kids CIC be allowed
to go ahead with their Community Fun Day as outlined on the above
date and times. Anticipated attendance 500.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance, H&S documents
being supplied to the Council for use of the Inflatable Bouncy
Slide and if required Temporary Events Notice for the music and
entertainment and requirement of a user licence agreement
indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the event of accident for
any activities held on the park and to ensure the land is
reinstated should any damage occur whilst accessing, using and
exiting the site.
