To give permission for the Handmade Theatre to
hold a rehearsal for their outdoor show at Burton Road Jubilee Park
on 5th July between 10am until 4pm and 7th July between 10am and
3pm.
That the Handmade Theatre be allowed to hold
their outdoor show rehearsal on Burton Road Jubilee Park on the
above dates and times. Estimated attendance: The rehearsal does not
involve invited attendees. They will be bringing three artists and
two set designers, rehearsing on site with their new set which is
in a tent like structure.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance and the issuing of
a user licence agreement indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in
the event of accident or damages for any activities held on the
land and to provide to the Council a copy of their public liability
insurance.
To encourage use of the Council’s Parks
and Open Spaces.
