To give permission for Positively Empowering
Kids CIC to hold their Children’s Festival In Arnot Hill Park
on 1st July 10:00am until 4pm.
That Positively Empowering Kids CIC be allowed
to go ahead with their Children’s Festival as outlined on the
above date and times. Anticipated attendance 2000-3000.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance, a Safety Advisory
Group approved event management plan, health and safety regulations
for the food vendors and the Bouncy Castles and if required a
Temporary Events Notice for the music and entertainment and
requirement of a user licence agreement indemnifying Gedling
Borough Council in the event of accident for any activities held on
the park and to ensure the land is reinstated should any damage
occur whilst accessing, using and exiting the site.

and Open Spaces
