To give permission for DGB Mobility Ltd
(trading as Ottr) to promote their Ebikes at Gedling Country Park
on Saturdays and Sundays during October 2022 from 10:30am until
15:00pm.
That Ottr be allowed to go ahead with the
Sales promotion of Ebikes at Gedling Country Park as outlined on
the above date and time.
This decision is dependent on the applicant providing public
liability insurance to the Council and the issue of a user licence
agreement indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the event of
accident for any activities held on the recreation ground and to
ensure the land is reinstated should any damage occur whilst
accessing and exiting the site.
To encourage use of the Council’s Parks
and Open Spaces in particular fitness opportunities.
