the Micropub to use Tilford Road Rec Ground to run a local Business
Employee Family Event on 9th September from 4pm until
9pm.
That Lorraine Horrocks be allowed to use
Tilford Road Rec Ground for the above event on 9th September.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance and the issue of a
user licence agreement indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the
event of accident for any activities held on the park.
The licence agreement arrangement fee is £150 and the rental
for the field is £75. Total Licence fee £225
To encourage use of the Council’s Parks
and Open Spaces for community cohesion
