To give permission for Lorraine Horrocks from
the Micropub and Dawn Adams to use Tilford Road Rec Ground to run a
private wedding and reception adjacent to the Pit Micropub, dates
and times are outlined below.
That Lorraine Horrocks be allowed to run the
event on Tilford Road Rec Ground for a private wedding, setting up
2nd September 9am until 10pm. 3rd September wedding and reception
from 1pm until midnight. 4th September 8am until 2pm take down
event.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance and the issue of a
user licence agreement indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the
event of accident for any activities held on the park.
To encourage use of the Council’s Parks
and Open Spaces for community cohesion
