To give permission for Eagles Nest Church to
hold a picnic in the park on either 22 May or 12 June between
2-4pm. (12th June if the 22 May date is rained off).
That Eagles Nest Church (Arnold) be allowed to
go ahead with their Family Fun Day as outlined on the above date.

This decision is dependent on correct insurance and event risk
assessment and will require the issue of a user licence agreement
indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the event of accident for
any activities held on the park and provide evidence of public
liability insurance
To encourage use of the Council’s Parks
and Open Spaces
To facilitate and encourage community cohesion.
