To give permission for Lorraine Horrocks from
the Pit Micropub to use Tilford Road Rec Ground to run a private
wedding reception event adjacent to the Pit Micropub.
That Lorraine Horrocks be allowed to erect a
small marquee on Tilford Road Rec Ground for a private wedding,
setting up Wednesday 27th July from 10am. Event to take place on
Thursday 28th July from 4pm until 12:00pm midnight. Friday 29th
July removal of Marquee completed by 12:00pm midday.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance and the issue of a
user licence agreement indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the
event of accident for any activities held on the park.
To encourage use of the Council’s Parks
and Open Spaces for community cohesion
