To give permission for Natalie Davis to hold a
Platinum Jubilee Street Party on the green space adjacent to
Ullswater Close, Hereford Road and Saltford Close on Saturday 4th
June from 11am until 6pm.
That Natalie Davis be allowed to go ahead with
the Jubilee Street party event as outlined on the above date and
time. Attendance, est. 150-200
This decision is dependent on event risk assessment and will
require the issue of a user licence agreement indemnifying Gedling
Borough Council in the event of accident for any activities held on
the recreation ground and to ensure the land is reinstated should
any damage occur whilst accessing and exiting the site.
