To give permission for Amarjit Kaur to hold a
Platinum Jubilee Street Party on the green space adjacent to
Beaumaris Drive on 5th June from 12 noon midday until
7pm.
That Amarjit Kaur be allowed to go ahead with
the Community event as outlined on the above date and time..

This decision is dependent on event risk assessment and will
require the issue of a user licence agreement indemnifying Gedling
Borough Council in the event of accident for any activities held on
the recreation ground and to ensure the land is reinstated should
any damage occur whilst accessing and exiting the site.
