To appropriately sanction operators for Health
and Safety offences observed at tattoo studio on 17th July
2013.
Two simple cautions were issued to two
operators at the tattoo studio.
A number of health and safety offences were
established which constituted breaches of Nottinghamshire bye laws.
Taking into account factors surrounding the incidents it was not
considered in the public interest to pursue a formal prosecution
but it was considered necessary to issue a simple caution to deter
future non-compliance.
