to sell Christmas cards from a gazebo at Gedling Country Park on
5th December between 10am and 2:30pm.
That the Carlton Rotary Club be allowed to
hold their activity at Gedling Country Park on the above date and
time. Estimated attendance: N/A.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance, risk assessment
and the issue of a user licence agreement indemnifying Gedling
Borough Council in the event of accident for any activities held on
the land.
To encourage use of the Council’s Parks
and Open Spaces.
