To give permission for Gedling Junior Parkrun
to hold their weekly running events at Gedling Country Park. Take
place every Sunday at 9am, set up from 8:30am, completed by
9:45am.
That Gedling Junior Parkrun be allowed to go
ahead at Gedling Country as outlined above, estimated attendance
between 30-100 4-14 year olds and 20 volunteers.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance, a risk assessment
to cover Covid controls (if appropriate) and the issue of a user
licence agreement indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the event
of accidents for any activities held on the park.
